bid for all of their Conferencing needs. Through hard work and understanding the client’s needs, we won the contract and went on to win several more large contracts that year. I was promoted to National Account Manager, Senior Manager of Sales and then to a Director position.
Since I began with ConferencePlus, our Sales department has grown into a global organization, with expertly managed teams and a work/family balance philosophy. I am now an Executive Director of a team of experienced sales professionals, most of who have been with me for 5+ years. I truly believe that our people are what set us apart from our competition. They are knowledgeable, professional, and possess an immense passion for the business. As my position has evolved, I have had the amazing opportunity to help other people grow, helping them build confidence in their abilities, and enabling each one of them to recognize their full potential. As one of the leaders at ConferencePlus, I have had the good fortune to witness both the success of the company and the success and growth of the people that make it all happen.
